SunApp application is not reacting

Please check following possible sources of the issue.

  • Battery status. The icon signalising the battery status can be found in the bottom left corner of the SunApp application. Charge the battery in case of being drained.
  • Connection of the USB dongle in the USB connector of your PC. Choose the closest connector, so that the devices are “visible” to each other.
The balloons do not inflate or re-inflate often during playing

Please check following possible sources of the issue.

  • The tightness of the hose connection in the balloons
  • The patency (obstructive fold of hose) of the hose along its length
  • The connection of hose connectors in the SunBall hardware
  • The connection of the USB dongle in the USB connector of your PC. Choose the closest connector, so that the devices are “visible” to each other

Application crashed unexpectedly

Please check following possible sources of the issue.

  • Do you have the most recent version of SunApp application? If not, update the software either from SunApp itself or download installation file here and reinstall SunApp.
  • Everything up to date and SunApp keeps crashing? Report your issue please here and we will try to figure it out as soon as possible.
