          • 4.1. Safety instructions

          Before plugging in and using SunBall, please read the User manual carefully. SunBall is used mainly as a gaming device. It is used for training fine motor skills, movement control, and use and control of strength. The exercises can be applied to upper limbs, lower limbs and a torso.

          Is SunBall suitable for your exercise?

          The owner, the user, has full responsibility for correct use of SunBall. They decide what exercises, in what combination and how many repetitions they will practice. Bear in mind overall health condition, problems/difficulties while choosing the exercises.

          Please comply with the following instructions:
          • Keep checking the results of your exercise.
          • Immediately stop using the product if you notice indications of wrong use.
          • Use SunBall in normal conditions. It is not designated to be used in water or damp environment. The limits for using the device are 30% - 75% relative humidity.
          • Do not leave SunBall on places with high or low temperature. Keep it in an environment with temperature ranging from 10°C to 30°C.
          • Regardless the product’s durability, prevent it from crash, do not throw it, do not let it fall on the ground, do not expose it to high pressure, do not bend or break it.
          • Do not try to disassemble SunBall or its accessory. Maintenance can be done only by qualified persons.
          • Do not put the device and its accessories into the proximity of strong electromagnetic field.
          Owner’s Responsibility

          The owner must ensure that all the persons using and controlling SunBall have read and fully understood the User manual. In the case of a failure of the system, wrong functionality, or if the device does not react to the commands described in this manual, the owner is obliged to contact the distributor or the manufacturer of the system immediately.

          SunBall is composed of fine parts, which can be damaged by falling, crashing, and other bad handling. The owner is responsible for keeping the system safe. Further information concerning the correct handling is in the following text.

          Warranty and Exclusion of Responsibility

          We guarantee a 12-month warranty for the product, starting from the date of issuing an invoice. The warranty obliges us to replace all non-functioning or defective parts, which affect the functionality and aesthetics of the product, for free.

          The manufacturer does not have responsibility for indirect, incidental, exceptional, or subsequent damages including without limitation:

          • loss of profit
          • harm of the reputation of the owner or a third party
          • costs of downtimes or claims of prospective clients or attendants

          The warranty does not cover:

          • inappropriate storage
          • deliberate damage
          • wear and tear
          • use by non-authorized person
          • a situation in which the instructions for use, cleaning, and safety were not followed
